Like the rest of the world, Prolifics takes the COVID-19 situation extremely seriously.
As a global company, we’re closely monitoring day-to-day events in many countries through the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local governments. As everyone tries to navigate through the uncertainty of this pandemic, I feel it’s important to update you on how we’re managing the situation at Prolifics.
It goes without saying that the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners and their families is our top concern. Our contingency plan allows us to protect our workforce while continuing our current level of service and support to you. If you’d like to view the plan, please contact us.
We’re committed to your ongoing business needs and don’t foresee any interruptions in our operations. Much of our workforce is decentralised and highly experienced in working remotely, with technology and processes that ensure data and information are secure.
All of our consultants, account executives and customer representatives have access to collaboration tools, like video and audio conferencing, that allow work to continue smoothly and efficiently. In addition, please know that we will honour, without question, whatever new procedures you have put in place to protect your personnel.
Like you, we’re also disappointed that in-person events have been postponed or cancelled. But we’re known for innovating with purpose. So when it comes to helping you stay current with the latest technology issue and trends, our goal is to provide more opportunities for you to learn and engage with our Innovation Center and technology leaders in a safe and effective way. Over the next several weeks, our experts plan to host a series of virtual workshops and on-demand digital sessions to help you stay informed.
We’ll continue to communicate with you as the situation evolves. We invite you to contact us at uktesting@prolifics.com if you have any questions about this information.
In closing, our thoughts are with all of those who – directly or indirectly – have been affected by the virus. We wish a speedy and full recovery to those who have fallen ill.
Sincerely,
Satya Bolli
Chairman & Managing Director, Prolifics
