Chairman & Managing Director
Satya Bolli serves as Chairman of Prolifics, spearheading our global strategic vision and overseeing its execution.
Satya is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in the software development industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped build Prolifics successfully.
Satya holds a M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.
Head of Testing Practice (UK)
Former co-founder of e-testing Consultancy, Derrick now heads up the Prolifics UK Testing Practice, where he drives the business, aligning its strengths to maximise every opportunity to offer clients a first class service.
Derrick’s technology career spans more than 40 years. He comes from an electronic engineering background making the transition in 1983 into IT and started his career with American-based software house PSDI, where he was part of a small group of technical staff supporting the company’s products at various European client sites. He then spent over five years at Barclays Capital (formerly BZW). Derrick’s career in software testing commenced in 1991 and has seen him appointed to high profile consultancy assignments at British Telecommunications, AT&T, PA Consulting and KPMG.
Derrick is also Chairman of Help A Poor Child, an international charity he founded in 1980 to provide assistance to children and families struggling in terrible poverty.
Head of Delivery - Testing (UK)
Former co-founder of e-testing Consultancy, Jonathan now leads the delivery of testing services in the UK for Prolifics Testing.
As a senior IT professional with over 20 years of experience, Jonathan specialises in test management, pre-sales and delivery. He has significant experience in Functional Testing, Performance Testing and Security Testing, including test management, project oversight and strategic work on improving the test process for customers.
Jonathan has a passion for software testing, honed over many years of experience in financial services, information technology, legal services, logistics, media and telecommunications, for companies including KPMG, T-Mobile, Tibbett & Britten Group and Schroders. He has a BSc in Transport and Business Management from Aston University.
Business Development Manager
Faz joined Prolifics Testing to spearhead New Business Development in the UK. He is instrumental in developing the Go To Market strategy and developing strategic partnerships. He is also helping clients fast track Test Automation as the Go To Market owner of Quality Fusion, Prolifics’ new, free, AI-based Open Source automation platform.
Faz brings over 12 years’ experience within the UK Testing Services market. His specialist areas include simplifying complex Offshore Test Delivery Models, helping organisations fast track Test Automation, leveraging the latest Open Source technologies and concepts, and helping companies on their journey to DevOps.
Faz is passionate about how concepts such as AI, ML, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining and Containerisation are bringing about change within the Testing Industry and has talked about these concepts publicly on BrightTALK.
Faz read Business Economics at Brunel University and is ISEB Foundation accredited.
Digital Marketing Manager
Lucie leads the digital marketing of our services and communications for Prolifics Testing, working on multi-channel campaigns to raise awareness of the practice and drive lead generation. She develops and implements our strategy, especially with our website, social media platforms, online advertising and specialises in building marketing functions - introducing Best Practice, strategic vision and actionable plans.
Lucie studied in France and Spain, before graduating in business school with a Masters Degree in International Marketing.
Anthony graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. He started his career within the heating industry, moving swiftly through administration and working up to become Financial Controller in the space of a few short years.
At Prolifics Testing, Anthony maintains the firm's accounts, produces monthly management accounts and oversees all tax and regulatory/compliance issues.
HR & Training Coordinator
Elaine graduated with an Engineering Degree in Media Communication Systems and has been with Prolifics Testing for over 9 years.
Elaine's responsibilities are in HR and Training. Within HR she oversees all the on-boarding of new hires - issuing contracts and conducting the induction classes. In addition Elaine manages all the day to day HR operations, which require her to liaise with the HR team at Prolifics HQ.
Elaine's other responsibility at Prolifics Testing, is the processing of all the Training bookings of our certified and non-certified software testing courses. This requires her to meticulously coordinate with the delegates, our training venues all over the country and with the examination centres.
Elaine also organises all the company socials, ensuring that our consultants, who mostly work on client sites, get to regularly meet with their colleagues.
Senior Trainer and Consultant
Steve has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry at practitioner (development, support and testing) and management levels across the UK, EMEA and global in several vertical sectors. He spent 20 years developing software products for major Telcos and was Senior Manager with responsibility for Nortel’s European R&D IT infrastructure.
Fully certified from Foundation to Advanced Level including Mobile Applications (CMAP) and Agile, Steve joined Prolifics Testing in 2013 after completion of formal teacher training, delivering public and client-site courses based on BCS, ISTQB and ISQI examined syllabuses.
Steve is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS) and registered as Chartered IT Practitioner (CITP), Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) and European Engineer (Eur. Ing.). He also holds an Honours degree in Computer Science.
