Cloud Migration Testing

Prolifics Testing has worked on over 20 SITS projects, including 6 Cloud migrations. Our Testing Practice has developed a SITS Cloud Migration Testing blueprint, aligned with Tribal’s migration process, ensuring all areas are thoroughly tested. Our service includes flexible oversight of the entire process by our test management team, integration testing, functional regression testing, automation, performance and UAT co-ordination.

In addition, our dedicated Integration Practice can help with the design and development of integrations and advise on API solutions; enabling rapid, effective integrations with the flexibility to adapt to future changes.

Functional and Integration Testing

Ensure your software operates as specified with comprehensive functional testing of enhancements and regression testing after updates, patches or annual upgrades. We identify and resolve defects early, improving quality and reducing post-launch risks.  Our approach includes testing integrations with other key applications and third parties.

Performance Testing

Validate that SITS is able to support peaks driven by critical periods including Online Applications, Clearing, Module Registration, Timetabling and Enrolment. Our services are also able to go beyond SITS to test your IVR/Telephony system’s ability to handle peak loads through Load, Stress, Scalability, and Volume Testing. Once completed, our performance frameworks are handed over to our clients so that they can be run again after updates, or integrated into a CI/CD system.

Security Testing

To guarantee the security of both your on-premise and cloud-based systems, we provide Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment services. Prolifics have our own IP and ready-made automation frameworks for both open source and enterprise test automation tools, which help us deliver test assets in open formats without vendor lock-in, unlike some of our competitors. We utilise AI object recognition, twinned with self-healing scripts and the latest tools, to ensure your automation solution is efficient, easy to maintain and provides a rapid return on investment.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

We provide our clients with structure around the UAT process, recognising the importance of independent testing at this level, while being aware of the pitfalls that can result from not having the right foundational set of tests prior to this phase. Our test managers provide coaching to users who have not carried out testing before, which can include formal training if needed. We assist with the production of test plans and scenarios, as well as with test execution and defect reporting, allowing the users the opportunity to test your system in a controlled environment, with the support they need to be confident in verifying SITS is ready for release into production use.
