Prolifics Testing, in collaboration with UCISA, hosted an exclusive dinner event tailored for senior IT professionals from the Higher Education sector. The gathering offered attendees a space to connect, share insights, and explore opportunities to embrace innovation in higher education.
The event took place in Kensington at the luxurious Milestone Hotel, which provided a warm and inviting atmosphere for the evening. Guests were greeted by the attentive staff and gathered around the bar, enjoying some drinks and lively chatter, before proceeding to the elegant Windsor Suite for the main event.
The Prolifics Testing team, including Head of Testing Practice Derrick Pereira, Head of Delivery Jonathan Binks and HE Customer Success Lead Faz Ahmad joined UCISA’s CEO Deborah Green in warmly welcoming the guests. Deborah delivered a thoughtful and engaging opening note, setting the stage for the evening.
This was followed by dynamic conversations centered around the complexities and challenges faced by institutions in their digitalisation journeys. Amidst these insightful discussions, light-hearted exchanges added a touch of warmth, making the evening not only enriching but also an excellent opportunity for networking and building connections.
This resulted in creating a collaborative environment where key challenges and innovative solutions within the Higher Education sector was openly discussed and addressed. Attendees enjoyed a scrumptious three-course meal accompanied by a selection of fine drinks, resulting in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere for meaningful discussions.
Kristiane Kronsbein, Project Director from the University of Sussex, reflected on the evening: “It was nice to meet you all, and thank you so much for having me. It was a really lovely evening filled with such rich conversation.”
Richard Michel added, “Thanks for a great evening. I really enjoyed the meal and the conversation with the Prolifics team, as well as with other CIOs.”
Derrick concluded the evening with a heartfelt note, expressing his genuine appreciation and admiration for all the attendees and the evening. Overall, the evening combined lighthearted networking with a focus on tackling key challenges in Higher Education and exploring shared solutions.
